What is Voyager Plant Optimisation?

Voyager Plant Optimization, otherwise known as VPO, is the AB InBev way of operating our plants. VPO incorporates 7 Pillars. The purpose of VPO is to share best practices and create a culture of continuous improvement, resulting in higher levels of performance and improving customer service.
