Continuing Learning Points (CLPs) Continuous Learning Points (CLPs) are another form of recognition for learning. CLPs emerged from the DoD and acquisition communities and there is no central governing body or uniform set of standards for issuing CLPs. The following ACT-IAC events are eligible for CLPs.

Some State Departments of Education encouraged or allowed school districts to create a new type of document called a Contingency Learning Plan (CLP).

Is Dawia the same as FAC C?
A current and valid Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification is considered to be equivalent to a FAC-C at the same certification level, however a FAC-C does not necessarily meet the requirements for DAWIA. Reciprocity will be determined by DoD on an individual basis.
