Why is Tsumiki cursed?
Tsumiki is one of the victims of Kenjaku. Kenjaku has experimented on normal human and made them into sorcerer. Tsumiki was normal non-sorcerer before she was cursed and fell into coma. When Kenjaku released the seal at the end of Shibuya, Tsumiki woke up from her coma and supposedly gained a cursed technique.
