Unnerving. -There are no customer service from NZXT, its also hard to get their products outside of US. -There are also other small flaws, like light on the fan controller is always on, even when pc is turned off. Not too bright, but why?

If you are new to the PC world DO NOT buy a pre built from NZXT, in fact don’t buy a pre built anywhere. NZXT sent me my first ever PC in early July 2021.

NZXT is the worst computer company in North America. DO NOT BUY THEIR CPU COOLERS! So I bought one of their CPU coolers just 6 months ago and its now making a terrible noise, The noise its making sounds like a washing machine when something is hitting the drum when its in spin?

No information on a replacement or a refund. NZXT also hung up their customer service line with us multiple times before even saying hello and after waiting 45 minutes in queue. We finally received the PC and the care they put into the build and even the cable management is clear.
