How many points do you get on simply filling?
Simply Filling Technique – Eat as much as you need, not as much as you want. You eat the foods on the Power Foods list until you’re satisfied (but not full or stuffed). You can eat things that are not on the PF list, and those you do count points for – you still get 49 weekly points and you can earn activity points.
How many weekly points do you get on simply filling?
You do get 49 points for the whole week, and when you are just starting out with this technique it is recommended to count your points properly and weigh your food until you get the hang of the diet. Pizza by the Numbers The fatty, salty, crusty dish satisfies many cravings at once. But because pizza is often just white dough topped with greasy cheese, overindulging in it can eat up most of your Weight Watchers SmartPoints for the day.
