There are three ways to train to be an MBSR or MBCT teacher: Master’s in Mindfulness; Teacher Training Pathway (TTP); and Stand-alone teacher training courses. Both the Master’s and the Teacher Training Pathway (TTP) lead to the Certificate of Competence in Teaching MBSR or MBCT, and take about the same amount of time.
