Do you have to pay Prtb every year?

Amendments made to the Residential Tenancies Act, in 2019, mean that landlords will be required to register each tenancy annually based on the anniversary of the tenancy commencement date.

What is PRTB registration?

As a landlord to an Irish property you are legally required, under The Residential Tenancies Act 2004, to register your private residential tenancies with the Private Residential Tenancies Board (PRTB), which was established in 2004.

Do you have to pay for landlord registration?
